Product Manager (Mid-Level) at GAIN Limited

Role Summary:

• We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Product Manager to drive the development, enhancement, and optimization of nuMoni’s digital financial products. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric solutions that align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities.
• Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements.
• Lead product development from concept to launch.
• Work closely with engineering, marketing, operations, and customer success teams.
• Track product performance and iterate based on feedback/data.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of product management experience in fintech or digital platforms.
• Strong problem-solving, planning, and analytical skills.
• Familiar with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Trello.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
