Product Manager at KNN Corporate Services Limited

Responsibilities:

• Lead product backlog refinement sessions, working closely with cross-functional teams to prioritize and define product requirements.
• Utilize strong analytic skills to gather and analyze data, identify trends and insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize product performance.
• Collaborate with development teams to define product features, specifications, and user stories, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
• Leverage Microsoft Azure and other cloud technologies to develop scalable and reliable solutions that meet the needs of our customers.
• Demonstrate excellent technical writing skills to create product documentation, user guides, and technical specifications.
• Implement Agile methodologies such as Scrum to manage product development processes and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead product design initiatives, working closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.
• Facilitate conflict resolution and drive consensus among stakeholders with diverse perspectives and priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Design, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, design, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, with experience working in Scrum or similar frameworks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Azure and other cloud technologies, with experience building and managing cloud-based solutions.
• Excellent analytic skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data to inform product decisions.
• Exceptional technical writing skills, with experience creating product documentation and technical specifications.
• Demonstrated ability to lead product design initiatives, with a strong focus on user experience and design principles.
