We're seeking a Product Manager to play a key role in defining the roadmap and driving the modernization of our core PHP-based application. You will work closely with the engineering team to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and understand the functionalities and pain points of the legacy system.
• Work with stakeholders to define the product vision and roadmap for the legacy system's modernization.
• Prioritize features and functionalities for migration to the new microservices architecture.
• Collaborate closely with engineers to define technical requirements and acceptance criteria for modernization projects.
• Track the progress of modernization initiatives and measure their impact on business goals.
• Advocate for user-centric design and ensure the new system provides an improved user experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably with experience in enterprise software or legacy system modernization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with user research and user experience (UX) principles.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment with engineering and business stakeholders.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies is a plus.
