We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our Digital Transformation team, focusing on optimizing our processes and building internal products that drive business efficiency, productivity, and innovation.
The successful candidate will lead the development and launch of internal process/products, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet the needs of our employees and business, and align with our digital transformation strategy.
The Digital Transformation team is responsible for driving the company's digital transformation strategy, and the Product Manager will play a key role in delivering internal products that support this strategy and drive business success.
Job Details
Define and prioritize product and process requirements, working closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and opportunities.
Develop and maintain a product roadmap, aligning with company goals and digital transformation objectives.
Collaborate with engineering, design, and other teams to deliver high-quality internal products.
Work closely with the cross functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify best practices and opportunities for innovation.
Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and inform data-driven decisions.
Communicate product plans, progress, and results to stakeholders, including senior leadership and employees.
Job Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 3+ years of experience in Product Management, with a focus on internal products
Understand of Business Process Automation is an added advantage
Proven track record of successfully launching and maintaining internal products.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and inform product decisions.
Experience with product development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools (Jira, Asana, Trello)
Strong understanding of software development and technology trends.
