Job Summary

• As a Product Intern at Vendease, you will play a crucial role in supporting our product team's efforts to gather customer insights, conduct interviews, perform product demonstrations, and assist with documentation.

Responsibilities

• Customer Visits: Visit customers physically to better understand their needs, pain points, and usage of our products.
• Customer Interviews: Conduct in-person and virtual interviews with customers to gather valuable feedback and insights.
• Product Demos: Assist in conducting product demonstrations to showcase our offerings to potential clients and existing customers.
• Documentation: Collaborate with the product team to document user stories, feature requests, and product specifications.
• Data Collection: Collect and analyze data from customer interactions to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the product team, design team, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment on product goals and objectives.
• Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to provide valuable input during product development discussions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Enthusiastic and self-motivated with a strong interest in product development and customer-centric design.
