Product Manager at Gurugeeks Royalty

Job Responsibilities:

• Understand the business strategy and translate into product strategy with detailed requirements and prototypes.
• Manage the product lifecycle from concept to design, sample production, testing, promotion, support etc. by creating a detailed product roadmap.
• Interact with clients and users to obtain reformative feedback on customer experience, identify product gaps and generate innovative ideas to improve customer experience and drive growth.
• Ensuring the quality of their product, including continuous service improvement, ensuring that they meet the needs and expectations of the wider business.
• Building ITSM policies and processes into the ways of working for the product, working with ITSM practitioners to ensure compliance.
• Identifying the best processes and delivery methods to use, including for measuring and evaluating outcomes.
• Supporting technical colleagues to manage and visualize the outcomes, prioritize work and meet the agreed minimum viable product, print and scope.
• Collaborating with Service Partners, user researchers and engineers to understand the user's needs and desires, prioritizing and defining approaches to understanding the user stories.
• Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources
• Attend and participate in meetings with management as a consumer advocate.
• Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities
• We are looking for someone who has previous working experience with software development and understands the SDLC.

Requirements

Education:

• Minimum of HND/BSC Degree

Experience:

• Product manager: 1 year (Required)
