    Product Manager, Digital Transformation

    Role Summary:

    AB Microfinance Bank Nigeria is seeking a Product Manager, Digital Transformation to own the end-to-end management of approved digital products within the Innovation Department. The role ensures products solve genuine customer and business problems, are delivered effectively and achieve measurable adoption and business outcomes.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Own the product vision, objectives and roadmap for assigned digital products;
    • Convert approved opportunities into product concepts, roadmaps and prioritized backlogs;
    • Manage product backlog, priorities, user stories and release plans;
    • Work with the Business Analyst, Business, IT and vendors to translate requirements into deliverable product increments.
    • Coordinate delivery across discovery, design, development, testing, launch and continuous improvement;
    • Define product KPIs, adoption targets and customer/business outcomes;
    • Monitor customer feedback, product performance and market developments.

    Requirements:

    • 3-5+ years relevant experience with proven digital product management and delivery.
    • Banking, Fintech, Microfinance, Payments or digital financial services experience is strongly preferred.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Technology, Engineering or related discipline.
    • Product discovery, roadmap and backlog management; Agile/scrum experience.
    • Customer journey and product experience understanding, business and financial acumen.
    • Working knowledge of APIs, digital channels and system integration.
    • Ability to use data and customer feedback to make product decisions; Product management or Agile/scrum certification an advantage.

    Performance Measures:

    • Products/features delivered against roadmap; time to market;
    • Digital product adoption and usage;
    • Customer satisfaction and journey completion;
    • Product revenue, savings or other approved business benefits.
