The Product Manager is responsible for driving the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of products that align with business objectives and customer needs. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting market research, managing product lifecycles, and ensuring successful product delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in product management practices and experience managing technical or digital products in an agile environment.

• Assist in defining and executing the product strategy, roadmap, and vision in alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and operations, to deliver products that meet market demands.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback reviews to identify product opportunities.
• Write clear and concise product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate the product development lifecycle, from ideation and planning to testing and launch.
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog, balancing stakeholder requirements with development capacity.
• Lead product discovery processes to identify technical solutions and features.
• Partner with engineering teams to oversee the delivery of technical features and solutions, ensuring timelines and dependencies are managed effectively.
• Monitor product performance using data-driven insights to guide future enhancements.
• Support product launches and ensure a smooth transition to market entry.
• Create and maintain technical product documentation in collaboration with relevant teams.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including compliance, risk, operations, vendors, and customers.
• Ensure product decisions align with business strategy, technical feasibility, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer science, Information systems, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on digital or technical products.
• Hands-on experience in agile/scrum product development processes.
• Strong understanding of product management principles, including backlog management and prioritization.
• Experience working in FinTech or with banking systems (e.g. Temenos, Finacle, Flexcube) is an advantage.
• Exposure to cloud-based services, financial record-keeping systems, or personal financial management tools is preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
• Proven ability to work with data and analytics to inform decision-making.
• Passion for technology, innovation, and solving complex customer problems.
