Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and strategic-minded Product Manager to lead the development, launch, and continual optimization of our products.
• The Product Manager will be responsible for defining the product vision, gathering and prioritizing requirements, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver products that align with business goals and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and communicate a clear vision and strategy for product development that aligns with The BlackCod Group's overall goals and customer expectations.
• Conduct comprehensive market research to understand customer needs, identify market trends, and assess competitive landscape. Use insights to inform product strategy and positioning.
• Develop and manage the product roadmap, ensuring it aligns with company objectives and adapts to changing market conditions. Prioritize product features and improvements based on customer feedback, business impact, and technical feasibility.
• Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and support teams to ensure successful product development and launch. Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments to maintain alignment and achieve project goals.
• Oversee the entire lifecycle of the product, from ideation to launch and through ongoing maintenance and improvement. Ensure products remain competitive and meet evolving customer needs.
• Champion user-centered design principles and actively engage with users to gather feedback. Use data-driven insights to refine product features and enhance user experience.
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure product success. Regularly analyze performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes as needed.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all product-related matters, providing updates to senior management and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in product management, ideally within a tech or software company.
• Proven experience in managing the end-to-end product lifecycle, from research and development to launch and optimization.
• Strong understanding of market research, competitive analysis, and product positioning.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to balance competing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and experience with metrics-driven decision-making.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies is preferred.
• Familiarity with product management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana.
