Job Description

• Keeping feelers on customers, competitors, and the market to see where the product should be going
• Overseeing and contributing to user documentation and training; outbound marketing; product support, and handling support escalations; including quality assurance and release management.
• Writing requirements documents (lean canvas, business plans, pitch deck, one-pager, financial projections) and socializing them with the organization.
• Manage partnerships with third parties.
• Delegate tasks and organize communication between the development team.
• Develop, test, and continuously review new features and perform product demos.
• Review the price for the product.
• Predict revenue to provide forecasts to the decision-makers of the business.
• Work with the public relations team for promotions when launching the product
• Research the competition to stay relevant. Work with the engineering team to review updates and ensure new innovations
• Market the product and works to boost sales, downloads, and signups.
• Determines the next steps taken and features to add to Exam Padi App
• Setting strategy of the product vision and direction.
• Analyzing and reporting on progress.
• Work with tech officers in locations to grow the app and ensure it is used daily by students in exit classes for exam preparations.
