Key Responsibilities

Sales & Channel Expansion

• Achieve monthly sell-in targets
• Increase Tier 2/3 city penetration
• Drive project sales (estate developers, bulk buyers)
• Increase premium SKU push (Inverter, larger capacity)

Product & Mix Management

• Maintain optimal capacity mix
• Control overstock of slow-moving models
• Plan bundle promotions (Fridge + WM)

Inventory & Warehouse Coordination

• Maintain 5–7 weeks stock cover
• Monitor warehouse capacity utilization
• Reduce damage/returns ratio

Margin Protection

• Protect minimum GM%
• Avoid panic discounting
• Control incentive leakage
