Description

• We are looking for a Product Designer (UI/UX)to join the Product Team who will be responsible for defining product specifications, creating digital or print drawings, and designing fully functional products.
• The ideal candidate will be in charge of translating the wants and needs of consumers into product design features. Successful candidates must have a creative eye, be able to think outside the box in order to come up with new ideas or solutions that meet customer expectations,

Responsibilities

• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers.
• Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs, and widgets, etc.
• Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how applications function and look.
• Create original graphic designs (e.g., images, sketches, and tables).
• Set design requirements based on briefs from internal teams and external partners.
• Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g., responsiveness).
• Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback.
• Find creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g., usability, findability).
• Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers.
• Improve the design of existing products.

What we value in a UI/UX Designer:

• Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
• A strong communicator who can bridge concepts across Design, Product, and other Engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of the principles of Design, UI, and UX.
• Good time management skills.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields
• 3+ years as a UI/UX Designer.
• Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
• Proven experience in the use of Figma, Miro, and other design software like Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe InDesign.
• Proven experience in the use of Microsoft Office, wireframes, gamification.
• Understanding of user flows, user interviews, affinity mapping, user journeys, usability testing, site maps, prototyping, interaction design, user-centered research.
• Portfolio of design projects.
• Experience in gamification and building motion/animation-based UI’s.
