The role:
We are seeking a Product Designer (Part-time) with a passion for finding solutions that allow customers to intuitively use our products. The ideal candidate will be skilled at each stage of the design process but always focused on the needs of the customer. You will work with other members of the team and will rely heavily on both qualitative and quantitative data to make informed decisions.
Handle product design vision as a hands-on designer and provide guidance for design output, and implementing effective design processes.
Develop and Implement detailed designs for digital visual identity systems, websites, landing pages, digital platforms, apps, and other digital content.
Look for larger patterns to make it easier to create features end-to-end: solid primitive items, types, colors and components etc.
Participate in regular design reviews where you’ll seek out and incorporate relevant feedback on your designs. Drive design initiatives from conception to completion – taking ideas from inception to development with multiple iterations that take into account user feedback from usability studies and feedback
Own the craft quality of the shipped experiences in the clients product and grow the level of design craft in the team and org. Leading this space means you get to maintain, improve, and innovate.
Optimally scale design resources across brand/marketing and product
Requirement:
A Maximum of 3 years of professional experience as a Product Designer
Proven experience in all phases of the design process including user research, copywriting, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, interaction design, and usability testing.
Fluent in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
UI/UX/Interaction Design experience is required
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional team members is required.
Ability to collect and interpret both qualitative and quantitative feedback is required.
Full-time availability is a strong advantage
Experience in Financial services is a plus.
