Product Designer at Ecobank Nigeria

Key Responsibilities

User Research & Analysis: Conduct user research, surveys, and usability testing to understand customer pain points.

• Analyze data and feedback to refine product experiences and improve usability.
• UI/UX Design & Prototyping Design wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity UI components using industry-standard tools. Develop interactive prototypes to communicate design ideas effectively.
• Create and maintain design systems for consistency across products.
• Collaboration & Implementation Work closely with product managers and developers to align design with business goals. Provide design specifications, guidelines, and assets to the engineering team. Participate in agile sprints and design critiques, iterating based on feedback.

Testing & Optimization Conduct A/B testing and user feedback sessions to validate design decisions.

• Optimize UI/UX for accessibility, performance, and responsiveness across devices.
• Brand & Visual Identity Ensure designs align with the company’s brand identity and visual guidelines.
• Develop marketing and product visuals as needed for promotional content.
