Job Description

• As a Product Designer, you will be instrumental in creating user-centric and visually stunning experiences for our products.
• You will work closely with our product development team, translating user needs and business requirements into intuitive and aesthetically pleasing designs.

Responsibilities

• Conducting user research and gathering insights to inform the design process.
• Creating wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs effectively communicating product features and functionality.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of design elements into the final product.
• Iterating and refining designs based on user feedback and usability testing.
• Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually enhance the user experience.

Graphic design

• Conceptualize and create visually compelling designs for various digital and print media, including marketing materials, advertisements, social media graphics, website elements, product packaging, and more.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and content creation, to understand project requirements and deliver designs that effectively communicate brand messaging and objectives.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the brand identity, ensuring all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain consistency across different channels and platforms.
• Use a creative approach to design and layout, incorporating typography, colour theory, and visual hierarchy to enhance the overall aesthetic appeal and user experience.
• Work closely with clients or internal stakeholders to understand their design needs, present design concepts, and incorporate feedback into the final deliverables.
• Prepare and optimize designs for final production, including creating print-ready files, optimizing images for the web, and ensuring visual assets are delivered in the appropriate formats and specifications.
• Maintain an organized file management system, ensuring all design assets are properly archived and easily accessible for future use.
• Collaborate with external vendors, such as printers or web developers, to ensure accurate and high-quality execution of designs.
• Contribute to the evolution of the brand identity through creative brainstorming, idea generation, and participation in design-related discussions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field ( or equivalent experience).
• Work Experience: 2 years
• Design Experience: 2 years
• Proficiency in Adobe Suites, Figma, and WordPress.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Proven experience as a Product Designer, showcasing a portfolio of successful projects and designs.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and visual storytelling.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and articulate design concepts.
