Product Design Intern (NYSC) at Alert Microfinance Bank

• We are looking for a motivated and creative Product Design Intern to join our dynamic team at Alert Group.
• In this role, you will support our design efforts and gain hands-on experience in creating intuitive and visually stunning user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Support: Assist the product design team in executing design projects and tasks.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers to understand product goals and user requirements.
• User-Centered Design: Help advocate for user needs throughout the design process.
• Research Assistance: Participate in user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights.
• Design Contribution: Assist in translating research findings into actionable design concepts using user personas and flows.
• Prototyping Support: Create wireframes and prototypes to communicate design ideas.
• Design Documentation: Help maintain design systems and documentation for consistency across projects.
• Feedback Integration: Support the team in gathering user feedback and iterating on designs based on testing results.
• Strong proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software.

Requirements:

• Education: B.Sc. Computer Science or a related field. First Class or Second Class Upper Division preferred.
