Product Assurance Analyst at Fort Knox Group

Department: Revenue Assurance & Fraud Management

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure end-to-end revenue assurance for all Voice, SMS, Data, VAS, and Financial Services products, tariffs, and promotions.
• Review new and existing products to identify process gaps and revenue risks, and escalate issues for resolution.
• Prepare and execute Acceptance Test Plans (ATP) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) in collaboration with internal teams and vendors.
• Conduct risk analysis on new and existing products and document conflicting business rules.
• Participate in product rollout, post-implementation testing, and regression testing to ensure billing accuracy and zero revenue loss.
• Ensure timely termination of expired products, tariffs, and promotions, including validation testing.
• Support system upgrades and integrations across billing platforms and network nodes alongside technical teams. 

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
• Master’s degree is an added advantage
• Minimum of 1 year relevant experience in Revenue Assurance, Telecom Operations, or a related role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail with accuracy and precision
• Good knowledge of telecom products and business rules
• Revenue assurance skills including reconciliation, investigation, and reporting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
