Procurement Specialist at T.O.N Corporate Services

Responsibilities:

Sourcing and Procurement

• Identify and develop new suppliers
• Source and procure materials and services that meet quality and cost requirements
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers

Supplier Management

• Develop and manage supplier relationships
• Ensure supplier compliance with company policies and regulations
• Monitor supplier performance and provide feedback

Market Analysis

• Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings
• Stay updated on changes in market conditions and procurement regulations

Procurement Records and Compliance

• Maintain accurate and detailed procurement records
• Ensure compliance with procurement regulations and company policies

Requirements

• 3–7 years of procurement experience (manufacturing/renewable energy preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
