Procurement / Operations Support Officer at Myafrimall Logistics Limited

Job Summary

• We are looking for a Procurement / Operations Support Officer to support day-to-day purchasing and branch operations.
• The ideal candidate should be organised, good with follow-up, and comfortable working with suppliers, warehouse staff, and branch teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing suppliers and obtaining quotations for required items and services.
• Support preparation of purchase orders (POs) and follow up with vendors until items are delivered.
• Keep proper records of all procurement documents (requests, quotations, POs, invoices, receipts).
• Work with the warehouse and inventory team to confirm that delivered items match what was ordered.
• Help monitor stock levels of common items (e.g. packaging materials, office supplies) and alert when re-order is needed.
• Assist with stock counts, simple reconciliations and basic reports.
• Provide general operations support to the branchwhen procurement work is light.

Requirements

• OND/HND/B.Sc. in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, or any related field.
• 1–3 years’ experience in procurement, store/warehouse support, admin or operations (logistics/FMCG experience is an advantage).
• Good follow-up skills and attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and documentation.
• Good communication and ability to work with different teams (warehouse, accounts, branches, vendors).
• Must be willing to work fully on-site.
