Procurement Officer at Promasidor

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACTIVITIES

The ideal candidates will be responsible for:

• Collating all approved Purchase Orders and documents in procurement logbook
• Monitoring approved Internal Orders and ensuring they are serviced
• Keeping up to date procurement information on all transactions
• Monitoring all orders and ensuring the complete delivery
• Reporting of any incomplete transaction
• Initiating tendering process for all approved internal order requests
• Analyzing and delivering all approved tenders
• Keeping track of all price gain or loss on all items
• Ensuring that all suppliers receive all approved Purchase Orders accordingly

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• A university degree in any of the social sciences, arts, sciences, accounting or any relevant discipline
• One (1) year experience in Logistics function

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

• Computer proficiency
• Interpersonal skills
