Procurement Officer at Gourmet Twist

Job Description

• Identifying the needs of the company and determining the appropriate goods and services to be purchased.
• Conducting market research to identify potential suppliers and products, and comparing prices, quality, and delivery times to make purchasing decisions.
• Negotiating contracts and agreements with suppliers to ensure the best possible terms and prices.
• Creating purchase orders and monitoring the delivery of goods and services to ensure they meet quality and quantity requirements.
• Maintaining accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier information.
• Developing and implementing procurement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and government regulations.
• Collaborating with other departments, such as finance and operations, to ensure that procurement activities are aligned with the overall goals and objectives of the company.
• Conducting supplier performance evaluations to ensure that suppliers are meeting quality, delivery, and other performance metrics.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a B.Sc / HND qualification with 2 - 4 years work experience.
• Proximmity to Lekki is an added advantage.
