We are looking for a highly competent, motivated, and results-driven Procurement Officer to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely availability of materials, equipment at competitive costs while maintaining quality, compliance, and adherence to project schedules.
Key Responsibilities
Source, negotiate and procure materials timely to site.
Prepare purchase order and ensure timely delivery of materials.
Support cost control through competitive sourcing and value-engineering initiatives.
Track procurement costs against BOQs and approved budgets.
Prepare procurement status reports, material delivery schedules, and cost reports.
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
Professional certification (CIPS, PMP, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Engineering infrastructure procurement
