Job Summary

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Officer to manage the sourcing, negotiation, and purchasing of materials, equipment, and services required for our manufacturing operations.
• The ideal candidate will ensure cost efficiency, quality standards, and timely delivery of all procurement activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and evaluate suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery capabilities.
• Negotiate contracts and maintain strong supplier relationships.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production and warehouse teams.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
• Prepare and maintain accurate procurement records and reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in procurement, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems is an added advantage.
