    Procurement and Store Manager

    Duties and responsibilities

    • Ensure that all received goods meet technical specifications before they are accepted.
    • Responsible for proper storage and safe keeping of goods.
    • Ensure that the Store is properly organized and goods are labeled and arranged appropriately.
    • Responsible for the ordering, purchasing, following-up, receiving, storing, and tracing of the company’s operations stock/equipment, tools, and supplies.
    • Ensure that goods received or issued out are promptly recorded.
    • Ensure timely delivery of requisitioned goods.
    • Keep store records up-to-date.
    • Give monthly inventory reports.
    • Annual stock counts.
    • Timely reporting of obsolete, or damaged stock.
    • Prepare delivery notes.
    • Filing of approved documents.
    • Verification of requisition orders (through Invoices, Job cards, and Proofs of payment)
    • Sourcing and engaging new / local suppliers
    • Evaluate performance and manage the relationship with local suppliers
    • Manage supply chain and notify management of opportunities and obstacles to ideal efficiency and local market (local) trends, threats and opportunities.
    • Overseeing the logistics of local supplies as well as sent/transferred items to other branches.
    • Resolve discrepancies regarding receipts, and deliveries.
    • Ensure all work is performed in line with company policies, procedures, and standards
    • Be duly informed and aware of ISDL’s QHSE policy and departmental QHSE objectives.
    • Ensure the promotion of customer focus throughout the organization.
    • Actively participate in all QHSE related activities.
    • Contribute to the effectiveness and continual improvement of the QHSEMS
    • Take responsibility for failure to conform with QHSE requirements.
    • Report all incidents in line with established QHSE procedures.
    • Execute all QHSE responsibilities as directed by the QHSE coordinator/management representative.
    • Any other duty as assigned.

    Skill, knowledge, education and experience 

    • Minimum of B.Sc / HND in purchasing & stores, supply chain management or related discipline
    • PMP certification will be an added advantage
    • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a similar position.
    • Performs general storekeeping duties; 
    • Maintains accurate records;
    • Excellent knowledge in procurement and Inventory ERP system
    • Understands and carries out oral and written instructions;
    • Basic mathematics knowledge
    • Computer literate
    • Effective communication skills 
    • Attention to detail. 

    Salary Range - N150,000 - N180,000

    This vacancy is opened to only Lagos residents.
