Process Engineer at Eunisell

Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly skilled Process Engineer to support the design, development, optimization, and troubleshooting of oil and gas processing systems.
• The successful candidate will contribute to upstream or downstream projects, ensuring operational efficiency, safety compliance, and cost-effective production across various facilities including gas plants, refineries, and production platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and optimize oil and gas process systems, including separation, dehydration, compression, gas treatment, and refining.
• Perform process simulations using industry-standard software (e.g., HYSYS, Aspen Plus, PRO/II).
• Develop and maintain Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), and Heat & Material Balances.
• Size and specify process equipment (e.g., separators, heat exchangers, pumps, compressors, vessels).
• Analyze and optimize separation processes, dehydration units, flare systems, gas sweetening, and other oil and gas facility components.
• Support Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) and detailed engineering phases.
• Conduct root cause analysis of process upsets and propose technical solutions.
• Prepare and review technical reports, datasheets, operating manuals, and project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards, industry codes (API, ASME, ISO), and local regulations.
• Review vendor equipment datasheets, design drawings, and technical proposals.
• Support project cost estimates and timelines with process-related input.
• Participate in HAZOP, SIL, and risk assessments.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including operations, instrumentation, mechanical, and project teams.
• Support commissioning and start-up activities for new or revamped facilities.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with proficiency in design
• 3 - 7 years of experience in process engineering within the oil & gas industry (upstream, midstream, or downstream).
• Proficiency in process simulation tools such as Aspen HYSYS or similar.
• Strong understanding of oil & gas process operations, including thermodynamics and fluid flow.
• Experience with safety studies (HAZOP, LOPA) and regulatory compliance.
• Familiarity with international design codes and standards (API, ASME, IEC, etc.).
• Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
