B.Sc / HND in Business Administration, Operations Management, Public Health, Quality Management or related field.
Minimum 3-5 years experience in Process Development, Business Process Improvement, Quality Assurance or Operations - Healthcare/Hospital experience is a strong advantage.
Good knowledge of ISO process mapping tools (Flowcharts, Visio), and Lean/Six Sigma principles.
Professional certification in Quality Management, PMP, or ISO QMS is an added advantage.
