Responsibilities

• Project Management: Lead and manage digital transformation projects.
• Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategies to harness Industry 4.0 opportunities.
• Portfolio Leadership: Manage a portfolio of digital projects across the value chain.
• Tool Evaluation: Evaluate and select secure, reliable, and scalable tools and technologies.
• AI/ML Integration: Integrate AI/ML solutions for data analysis, pattern recognition, and anomaly detection.
• IIoT Management: Manage IIoT implementations, promote innovation, and collaborate with technology vendors.
• Opportunity Identification: Analyze business processes to uncover opportunities for digital transformation.
• Sustainable Projects: Implement IIoT-based sustainable projects aligned with organizational goals.
• Digital Solutions: Assess processes from a data science perspective and propose digital solutions.
• Coordination: Coordinate with internal stakeholders and technology partners.
• Training Programs: Develop and deliver training programs to enhance team capability.
• Support: Lead user acceptance testing and provide ongoing support.
• Continuous Learning:
• Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in processes and IT.

Qualifications

• BE / BTech, ME / MTech (Computer Science/Information Technology), MCA, IT, ECE, EI, or related IoT/AI/ML specialization.
• 2-5 years of experience in Business Process Transformation, Process *Excellence, or executing digitalization projects for industrial applications and robotics.
• Freshers with proficiency in Python, Java, cloud-based platforms, and data visualization tools are highly desirable.
• Familiarity with RTOS and IIoT hardware, including sensors, controllers, and gateways.
• Strong understanding of data science principles, AI/ML frameworks, and data management.
