Job Purpose

• Cordros Asset Management Limited seeks highly motivated and experienced Private Wealth Advisor to join our team at Cordros Wealth. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, developing new relationships, and providing comprehensive wealth management solutions.

Responsibilities

• Establish portfolios of high net-worth clients (NGN100million+ in liquid assets)
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Provide comprehensive wealth management solutions, including investment management, financial planning, and estate planning
• Identify and capitalize on new business development opportunities
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver a holistic wealth management experience
• Stay up-to-date with market trends, economic developments, and regulatory changes

Job Requirements
Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., finance, economics, business administration)
• Professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CFP) are an added advantage

Work Experience

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in wealth management, investment banking, or a related field
• For non-banking professionals, minimum of three years' experience in Asset Management sales, Wealth Management, Marketing, or Business consultancy.
• Strong knowledge of investment products, financial markets, and wealth management principles
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks

The incumbent must have proficiency knowledge in the following areas:

• Comprehensive knowledge of domestic and international banking products/services and procedures, treasury structures, equity markets, mutual funds, fiduciary services and other personal investment services
