Job Requirements:

• Diploma/B.Sc. in Printing Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in similar role within Flexible Packaging or Plastic Processing Industry.
• Must be proficient in operating CI Flexo Printing Machines.
• Effective communication skills.
• Proficiency in using printing software and technology for job setup and monitoring.

Key responsibilities includes:

• Monitor and enforce quality standards throughout printing operations, conducting regular inspections and implementing corrective measures to maintain product quality.
• Responsible for operating CI Flexo Printing Machines, including setup, calibration, and troubleshooting to ensure seamless production processes.
• Proactively manage material wastage by closely monitoring production processes, analyzing patterns, and implementing measures to minimize waste generation.
• Maintain accurate records of material consumption, production output, and wastage for effective inventory management and reporting.
• Identify printing defects and recommend appropriate corrective actions to minimize downtime and maintain product quality.
• Responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of printing machinery, including scheduling preventive maintenance tasks to minimize downtime.
• Work towards reducing customer complaints by delivering defect-free products and addressing concerns promptly.
• Manage in-house rejection rates by implementing quality control measures and conducting root cause analyses.
• Ensure defective materials are prevented from passing through the production system and implement quality checks.
• Possess a basic understanding of various ink systems and their effects on print quality.
• Oversee the maintenance of printing sleeves and Anilox rollers to maintain print quality.
