Role Overview

The Print Design & Outdoor Banner Agent will handle the design, production, and coordination of printed materials, from corporate documents to outdoor advertising banners. This role ensures that all print assets are visually consistent with Crescita Solutions’ brand guidelines and deliver strong impact in physical spaces. The agent will work closely with vendors, printers, and clients to manage timelines, budgets, and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and manage print-ready files for brochures, flyers, business cards, posters, and outdoor banners.
• Coordinate with printing vendors to ensure accuracy, quality, and timely delivery.
• Source and manage outdoor advertising spaces (billboards, street banners, etc.) for client campaigns.
• Ensure consistency of brand identity across both print and digital platforms.
• Maintain knowledge of printing processes, paper types, finishing techniques, and industry trends.
• Manage budgets for printing and outdoor advertising campaigns.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience in print design and production management.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, or CorelDRAW.
• Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
• Understanding of color theory, typography, and print specifications.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field preferred.
