Responsibilities

• The Principal is expected to lead in all aspects of the School such as curriculum development; time tabling, tracking and analysis of results/data, behavior management, pastoral care, external relations and community links, staff development, training and induction.
• As the lead practitioner on the leadership team, the Principal will be centrally involved in the overall leadership and management of the School and will help to establish a School culture that is both nurturing and rigorous.

Requirements

• The ideal candidate must have a first degree and a Qualified teacher status;
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience as Head Teacher or Senior Tutor in an International School.
• National Professional Qualification for Headship (NPQH) will be an added advantage.
