Primary Teacher at TAAS College

Responsibilities

• Teach assigned subjects effectively and engage learners in meaningful learning experiences.
• Prepare lesson notes, schemes of work, and instructional materials.
• Assess and monitor pupils' academic progress.
• Maintain discipline and promote a positive learning environment.
• Participate in school activities, meetings, and professional development programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Education or a related field (B.Ed., B.Sc./B.A. with PGDE, NCE, or equivalent qualification).
• 4–7 years teaching experience in a reputable primary school.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Sound knowledge of modern teaching methodologies and technology integration.
• Ability to prepare lesson plans, assessments, and academic reports effectively.
• Must be resident in Ibadan or willing to relocate to a location close to Ibadan.
• A passion for child development and academic excellence.

Subject Combination Requirements:
Applicants must be capable of teaching at least two (2) of the following subjects:

• Mathematics
• ICT (Information and Communication Technology)
• Mental Mathematics
• BST (Basic  Science and Technology)
