Responsibilities

• Providea safe, engaging, and educational environment for young children.
• Ensure children's safety and well-being by maintaining a clean and organized space.
• Develop engaging lesson plans and creating appropriate learning materials to cater to diverse learning styles and abilities
• Assessing student progress through various methods like tests, assignments, and observations, and providing constructive feedback
• Create and maintain an orderly and supportive environment,
• Motivatepupils to interact in classs and also maintain discipline
• Must be creative, patient and have empathy
• Must have good communication and organizational skills
• Establish trusting relationships with pupils and interact with them according to individual needs and personalities.
• Support the use of technology in learning and develop pupils’ competence and independence in its use
• Uphold policies and procedures relating to child protection and data protection.
• Supervise pupils before school, after school and on school trips.

Skills / Education

• Must have B.ED or PGDE certificatewith a minimum of 4 years work experience with British and Nigerian curriculum from a reputable school
• Residence in Surulere or surrounding areas of Lagos is required.
