Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons suitable for nursery and primary pupils.
• Create a safe and supportive classroom environment.
• Monitor and assess pupils’ progress and provide feedback.
• Foster creativity, discipline, and social development.
• Communicate regularly with parents/guardians.
• Collaborate with colleagues and participate in school activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education or NCE qualification.
• Minimum of 2–3 years teaching experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
• Knowledge of Montessori methods is an advantage.
• Proficiency in using digital learning tools.
