Presales/Technology Engineer at Tranter IT Infrastructure Services Limited

Job Summary

Work closely with sales team to ensure sales growth and successful implementation of technology projects.

Primary Responsibilities

• Proactively scopes the technical solution required to address customer requirements, assesses customers met and unmet needs, and recommends solutions that optimize value for both the customer and the firm.
• Deployment/Implementation of proposed solution.
• Conduct simulation on new technological products and services for hand-on self-development.
• Conduct technical presentations/demos and POC's on the proposed solutions to key prospects and customers.
• Provides coaching, training and professional development to team member, sales associates and customers in order to enhance their product knowledge.

• Ability to provide technical training to end users.
• Ability to develop and deliver presentations.
