Presales Network Engineer at VDT Communications Ltd

• VDT Communications Limited is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Presales Network Engineer to join our dynamic team.
• The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of network solutions, with the ability to work closely with sales teams and prospective clients to develop and demonstrate solutions that meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate security solutions.
• Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and workshops to prospective clients.
• Serve as the technical point of contact throughout the sales cycle.
• Support the development of technical content for RFPs, RFQs, and proposals.
• Develop solution architectures, Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and Proof of Value (PoV) based on customer requirements.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the organization\'s security solutions and capabilities.
• Work closely with Engineering and Product Management teams on new product features and enhancements.
• Contribute to achieving financial targets for assigned solution areas.
• Evaluate and optimize solution performance in line with organizational goals.

Requirements

• University degree in a relevant discipline.
• CCNP or an equivalent industry security certification.
• Minimum 2–3 years\' experience in ICT, Telecommunications, or a related industry.
• Proven experience designing and architecting security solutions.
• Experience working with multiple OEMs and vendors within the security ecosystem.
• Ability to align technical solutions with business and financial objectives.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Familiarity with BOMs, pricing strategies, and solution configuration.
• Up-to-date knowledge of emerging technologies and trends within the security domain.
