    Power Platform and Dynamics Functional consultant

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead the design, customization, and deployment of Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service and Marketing solutions for clients
    • Gather and analyze business requirements to deliver tailored functional solutions
    • Provide both technical and functional expertise for Dynamics 365 and related solutions
    • Develop and integrate Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven apps) to extend Dynamics 365 capabilities
    • Automate business workflows using Power Automate
    • Implement custom logic and business rules through JavaScript, C#, and Plugins Development
    • Customize Dynamics 365 CRM using Plugins, Web Resources, and custom workflows
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration
    • Provide training and support to end-users to ensure smooth CRM adoption
    • Design, develop, and deploy Canvas and Model-driven apps using Power Apps
    • Create and automate workflows with Power Automate to enhance business processes
    • Implement Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions to automate repetitive tasks
    • Deploy, configure, and customize Dynamics 365 to meet business needs
    • Integrate Dynamics 365 with Power Apps and other systems to deliver seamless solutions
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver effective solutions
    • Troubleshoot, test, and optimize Power Apps and Dynamics 365 solutions to ensure optimal performance

    Skills & Experience:

    · Proficiency in deploying, configuring, and customizing Dynamics 365 applications (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, etc.)

    • Expertise in JavaScript and C# for CRM customizations and development
    • Hands-on experience in Plugins Development to extend the capabilities of Dynamics 365 CRM
    • Proficient in Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven apps) for building custom business applications
    • Experience with Power Automate for automating workflows and business processes
    • Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work with business stakeholders to align technology with organizational needs
    • Experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) using Power Automate Desktop or other RPA tools
    • Experience with Dynamics 365 integrations with other systems and platforms
    • Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into technical solutions
    • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

    Preferred:

    • Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 CRM or Power Platform
    • Familiarity with Azure services and cloud-based integrations
    • Experience with other Microsoft tools like Power BI, Power Virtual Agents, etc.
    • Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., Power Apps, Power Automate, Dynamics 365)
    • Experience in integrating Power Apps with third-party systems and Dynamics 365 modules
