Poultry Manager at Precious Palm Royal Hotel

We are recruiting for an Experienced Poultry Manager to work in our Poultry section that breed broilers for our Restaurant section food production.

As the Poultry Manager you will be responsible for the day to day management of all aspects of the poultry, maintaining quality broiler chickens and ensuring the workplace safety of all employees and visitors on the poultry, in line with the company Health & Safety Policies.

Responsibilities

• Set up houses for chicks and carry out daily checks on the housing and birds.
• General bird management – Ventilation, feeding, vaccinating etc.
• Complete daily checklists and all relevant paperwork in accordance with Quality Control.
• Litter management & feed ordering.
• Adhere to all company health & safety procedures.
• Will ensure all aspects of running the poultry are met
• Record keeping
• Any other related task
