POS Technician
- Job Type Full Time
- Qualification BA/BSc/HND
- Experience 1 year
- Location Lagos
- Job Field Engineering / Technical
Responsibilities
- Engage OEM on POS-related issues
- Manage POS inventory
- Provide POS support and resolution
- Maintain the repairs log sheet and ensure warranty POS devices are tracked
- Troubleshoot hardware including pin pads, EMV card readers, and countertop terminals
- ensure repairs SLA is strictly adhered to
- Hardware and Software installation, configuration, and training on POS functionality
Qualifications
- Experience in onsite/offsite troubleshooting
- Minimum of 1 year post-NYSC work experience in a similar or related role
- Advance knowledge of mobile/android technology
- understanding of the Terminal Management System
- Hands-on experience repairing and supporting Android / Traditional POS devices
