    POS Technician

    Responsibilities

    • Engage OEM on POS-related issues
    • Manage POS inventory
    • Provide POS support and resolution
    • Maintain the repairs log sheet and ensure warranty POS devices are tracked
    • Troubleshoot hardware including pin pads, EMV card readers, and countertop terminals
    • ensure repairs SLA is strictly adhered to
    • Hardware and Software installation, configuration, and training on POS functionality

    Qualifications

    • Experience in onsite/offsite troubleshooting
    • Minimum of 1 year post-NYSC work experience in a similar or related role
    • Advance knowledge of mobile/android technology
    • understanding of the Terminal Management System
    • Hands-on experience repairing and supporting Android / Traditional POS devices
