POS Support Officer - Osun
- Job Type Full Time
- Qualification BA/BSc/HND
- Experience 1 - 3 years
- Location Osun
- Job Field Sales / Marketing / Retail / Business Development
Salary - 70k

Duties
- Escalating merchant’s complaints such as chargebacks/failed/delayed settlement to the appropriate team.
- Sourcing and onboarding of new merchant.
- Visitation of merchants and repairs of terminal to provide firsthand support and resolve POS issues.
- Creating marketing strategies to achieve giving sales targets.
- Training of merchants and their sales reps on how to use the terminal effectively.
- Retrieving terminals from inactive merchants
- Remapping retrieved terminals to new merchants or those with faulty terminals.
- Making requests for terminal replacements in cases of damage
