Job description

• Deploy POS terminals to new and existing customers promptly and efficiently.
• Ensure successful activation and configuration of POS devices.
• Train customers on the proper use of the POS terminal and available services.
• Conduct follow-ups with deployed customers to encourage usage and resolve any complaints or challenges.
• Maintain accurate records of deployments, activations, and customer feedback.
• Provide periodic reports on deployment status and transaction performance.
• Collaborate with the customer service and technical support teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure all assigned POS terminals are accounted for and properly documented.
