Role Overview

• We are seeking a diligent and results-driven Portfolio Officer to manage and analyze the company’s portfolio while maintaining strong relationships with clients.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for credit assessment, portfolio monitoring, and ensuring timely portfolio administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and achieve targets related toportfolio utilization, default rates, repossessions, and customer service performance.
• Analyze key portfolio metrics and prepare reports on portfolio health, identifying root causes of performance issues and recommending corrective actions.
• Monitorcollections and repossession processesto recover assets and support customers in returning to active usage while minimizing operational costs.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and implement recovery strategies where necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of client transactions and portfolio performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
• Ensure compliance with the company’s credit policies and procedures.
• Prepare periodic portfolio performance reports for management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong analytical and credit assessment skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet performance targets.
• Very high Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
