Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site position based in Lagos for the role of Portfolio Manager.
• The Portfolio Manager will manage investment portfolios, conduct financial analysis, research market trends, and execute trading strategies.
• The role includes maintaining compliance with regulatory standards, improving portfolio performance, and investing strategically in alignment with the principles of Islamic Finance.
• Collaboration with other departments to develop and implement investment strategies is also integral to this role.

Qualifications

• Strong Portfolio Management and Investment skills
• Proficiency in Finance and Trading strategies
• Advanced Analytical Skills for evaluating markets, assets, and financial data
• Knowledge of Shariah-compliant investment principles is highly advantageous
• Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and decision-making skills
• Relevant certifications such as CFA, CISA, or equivalent qualifications are a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively in a dynamic team environment
