Pool Attendant / Life Guard at Citron Hotels & Suites

Job Description

• Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the pool area, provide excellent customer service, and ensure a welcoming environment for guests.

Responsibilities
Safety and Security:

• Monitor pool area for hazards and report incidents.
• Enforce pool rules and regulations.
• Respond to emergencies and provide first aid/CPR if needed.

Cleanliness and Maintenance:

• Clean and maintain pool deck, furniture, and surrounding areas.
• Test and balance pool water chemistry.
• Perform routine pool maintenance tasks (e.g., skim, vacuum, and backwash).
• Report equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs.

Customer Service:

• Greet and assist guests with pool-related inquiries.
• Provide towels, sunscreen, and other amenities.
• Handle guest complaints and concerns.

Operations:

• Open and close pool area, ensuring proper setup and cleanup.
• Monitor pool capacity and enforce occupancy limits.
• Coordinate pool events and activities.
• Maintain accurate records (e.g., pool chemical logs, incident reports).
