SAP Business Technology Platform CSP’s work with the most cutting-edge and innovative SAP solutions and supports SAP’s most strategic SAP BTP Cloud customers.
Our Customer Success Partners are responsible for the day-to-day customer engagement from license deal signing onwards. In this position, you will drive the experience of your customers around product onboarding, use-case identification, project initiation, architecture and governance coaching, project companionship, post-launch relationship management, and renewal negotiations.
In this role, you will proactively engage customers post-sale to ensure they get maximum value from their SAP Business Technology Platform Cloud Solutions. You can understand the big picture and translate this into problem solving using a variety of customer resources and tools available to you including: educational workshops, best practices, webinars etc.
You have a focus on maintaining retention as you will manage the customer renewal process and you will use your relationship building skills to build a network of colleagues and customer-facing personnel to support your assigned accounts such as Account Executives, Product Management, Support, Deals Desk, Implementation Services, Partners, etc.
What you bring
You have an appetite for technology.
You have had exposure to cloud-based platform technologies such as analytics, databases, and/or cloud platforms, such that you explain the value of them and have a high level understanding of how they work technically.
Also, you have the aptitude to link technology to business needs and outcomes to articulate the value a particular solution could provide to meet business outcomes.
Experience with SAP cloud solutions, including SAP Cloud Platform, SAP HANA Databases (Cloud), SAP Analytics Cloud is a plus.
You are a young graduate with good communication (oral and written), presentation, program management, and organizational skills, ideally in a customer facing role. You have experience working in the IT Industry.
