Platform Manager at Ciska Marketplace Ltd

JOB DESCRIPTON

• Platform Update: Ensure daily checks and updates of Ciska store/express products.
• Monitor availability of new orders and order status.
• Manage deliveries: Manage order package, deliveries and returns
• Be abreast of all Buyers/Vendors Concerns: Act as a liaison between vendors/buyers and the company.
• Monitor and engage vendors who do not have any activity in their store within a given frame of time e.g 7days.
• Listen and show empathy to buyers/vendors, aim to get to the heart of every need.
• Escalate customers’ complaints to appropriate desks for quick resolution.
• Gather general feedback from buyers/vendors in order to help build a better product or develop a new service.
• Investigate Problems: Confirm the root cause of issues. Come up with a corrective plan and suggest preventive measure against possible future occurrence
• Vendor Enrolment: Handle easy enrolment of vendors

Requirements

• HND or BSc in any discipline
• Analytical problem solving
• Smart and quick thinker
• Tech, Internet and Social media savvy (Key)
• Good interpersonal relationship
• Fluent in English with good writing and speaking communication
• A responsible team player with leadership skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft word, excel sheet and Grapic Designs ( added advantage)
• Effective communication skills
• Exceptional customer service skills
• At least 2years experience in E-commerce industry
