Plastic Quality Control /Assurance Officer

Job Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible for setting up 'Quality Management System (QMS)' with modern tools and techniques to ensure the quality of plastic packaging products.
• Ensure In-process Quality Control (IPQC) activities, Manufacturing, Packaging, and labeling operation monitoring which complies with the batch record, sampling plan
• Ability to Trace flaws and defect in Fabrication.
• Indicating and resolving problems associating to the manufacturing parameters and also monitoring through each stage of a product’s fabrication.
• Knowledge on criteria of plastic materials both resins and fiber, which includes viscosity, moisture levels, color and often examined the fiber tensile strength
• Inspecting the final output, comparing it to the requirements, and approving or rejecting the final products.
• Monitor reports of all Incoming raw materials that are used in production or for other purposes.
• Submit a statistical Quality update to management on monthly basis.
• Analyzes quality control test results and provides feedback and interpretation to the production management team
• Devising ways to improve the manufacturing process to ensure higher-quality goods.

Skills & Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in science or business-based programs.
• Minimum of 3 -5 years cognate experience in Plastic Production
• Previous experience in production or manufacturing sector.
• Experience in business administration may be advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail, observation, organizational, and leadership skills.
• In-depth knowledge of quality control procedures and legal standards.
• Strong knowledge of mathematics, data analysis, and statistical methods.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Good technical and IT skills
