Supervise daily plant and production activities to ensure operational efficiency
Monitor production targets and ensure adherence to quality standards
Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of plant equipment
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and operational regulations
Manage production staff and ensure optimal workforce performance
Prepare and submit periodic production and performance reports
Identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related Engineering discipline
Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in a manufacturing or processing environment
Strong knowledge of production processes, plant operations, preventive maintenance, and quality control systems
Experience in agro-processing or food processing industry will be an added advantage
Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
Proficiency in reporting, process monitoring, and performance optimization
