Plant Manager at DMOT Enterprises

Some of the JD includes as below

Duties and Responsibilities-

• Achievement and control of budgeted production efficiency of all production Lines of production
• Achievement of Production monthly production volume for sales
• Control the RMPM Consumption within the limited rejection for production
• Production -- Cost/Pack -Control - Control of factory overhead cost for all three factories -Do the tracking on weekly ,monthly basis with production Accountant reports ,streamline the standard cost /pack for different factories and do the control of cost per pack
• Factory High Standards –GMP/Food Safety -Work with GMP/Food Safety Leader and with other managers and do the good changes in GMP and Food Safety-Weekly review the progress of work and generate the report on weekly basis
• Implementation of OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) in production -Work closely with OEE Leader and other managers and do the practical implementation of OEE for production
• Factory Operation –High Standards –System -5S-Work as 5S Leader for production, Do the good changes in 5S Management-work with other managers do the plan on weekly basis and drive the 5S programme for production, Generate monthly report behalf of production for 5 S Management
• Management of multiple processing lines in production building and aligning the functional teams, ensuring comprehensive engagement of professional and technical staff at all levels
• Institute global standards in food manufacturing costs, production lead times, inventory controls, yields, and capacity utilization

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

• B. Tech/ B. sc in Engineering (Technology Engineering Background)
• Above three (3) years as a plant manager
• Critical thinking, GMP, GHK, TMP, Lean manufacturing, machine operation & maintenance
• Leadership, Adaptability, Problem Solving, Time Management, Decision making, Communication, Teamwork
• Familiarity with industry standard equipment and technical expertise
• Be knowledgeable of safety, quality, productivity, demand creation, inventory and stewardship processes
• Computer literacy
• Ability to create accountability and to lead by example
• Strong team building, decision-making and people management skills
