We are looking for a Plant Inspection Engineer (Instrument & Automation) to join our team at Dangote Sugar Refinery Plc.
The ideal candidate must be Carry out field inspection (first level & specific inspection) of instrument components & automation gadgets in line with best practices. Coordinate with planning/scheduling to ensure shutdowns are adequately planned with all required spares.
Job Roles (Duties & Responsibilities)
Apply corrective actions for shutdowns during emergencies
Control the exposure of instrument equipment contact parts, panels and other automation components to ensure food safety compliance.
Creating work order for maintenance jobs
Help in improvement projects
Monitor and maintain production processes and equipment performance
Schedule repair and maintenance to reduce downtime during production
Troubleshoot process issues to maintain equipment performance.
Requirements
Minimum of Higher National Diploma (HND) or a Bachelor's Degree (BSc) in System & Electrical Engineering or related field.
